Northern Michigan K-9 Inc. (NMK9) will guarantee the health and work ability of your K-9 purchased from NMK9, for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase.
If during the one year a health problem is found, that is not the result of an injury sustained while in your custody, or due to lack of care or negligence, and with a written veterinary diagnosis, NMK9 will replace your dog.
If during the one year a workability problem is found with your K-9 team (handler and dog), and the team has completed a training class with NMK9, NMK9 will replace your dog. The workability guarantee is void if maintenance training has not followed NMK9 guidelines.
If any K-9 purchased without attending a training class at NMK9 the workability guarantee is void.
