ORIOLE WINS GOING AWAY
Thanks to a huge season from Piazza, Oriole (Robb) won his first league title in '95, cruising to a nine-point win over the second-place O'Men. Of course, having Vinny Castilla at a buck didn't hurt, either.
RANDOM PAC RIM NOTES
The first issue of the Pacific Rim League's newsletter ("Rim Shots") was released in April...remember Geronimo Pena?...Bill and Robb took separate trips around the country in '95, checking out the great old parks (Wrigley, Tiger Stadium, etc.) and a few of the modern ones, as well.
UPDATED OWNERS LIST
Nothing really new here, but it's good filler. You can click here for an updated No Fehr League owners list, complete with hometown and the league each owner joined the league.

THE YEAR IN REVIEW...
Among the notable events: 1995 was the final season for the league under the Pacific Rim name; we changed to No Fehr beginning in '96 when Mike moved back to Sac from Japan...Chip made a new mark in mediocrity when he finished with just 10.5 overall points...the league struggled to regain momentum after the '94 MLB strike; it was tough just to get 10 owners.
