NWA Senate

-Promoters make up the NWA Committee
-The Committee will vote the President and Vice President.
-The President and Vice President will voted on every 12 months.
-The President, Vice President & Committee have the power to veto any Trade that is seen as unfit or unfair.
-New promoters must promote two full months before they join the committee.

NWA World Titles

-NWA World Heavyweight Championship
-NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship
-NWA World Women's Championship
-NWA World Tag Team Championship

The NWA also controls the following titles

-NWA United States Heavyweight Championship
-NWA United States Tag Team Championship

-No promotion shall have a World level title of any sort unless approved by the NWA Committee.
-No promotion shall have a title bearing the name of any of the titles listed above, under penalty of sanctions.

Shows

-Each member must run two shows MINIMUM monthly to retain full membership (see Rosters section for exceptions).
-No NWA member is to run a PPV, unless given permission .
-Must book the World titles at least once in a period of a year (NWA Year runs October to October)
-Members are able to and encouraged to run their own Super Shows or Grand Shows.

Regional Territories

-One promoter per region
-Must run all states you choose to promote in, if you do not you will lose these states and they will be awarded to another promotion.
-No promotion may run  in other regions unless  they receive approval from the  promoter in that region, or in the case of empty region, Board of Director's approval.

Rosters

-All promotions  must have a minimum of twenty active wrestlers under exclusive contract
-Promotions may have as many wrestlers at they can afford, however, any promotions with rosters in excess of forty exclusive contracts must run one show per month per ten wrestlers over forty. (i.e. a promotion with forty-two wrestlers must run three shows minimum per month, fifty-two must run four shows, etc.).
-In the event that a wrestler has not been booked on a show in three consecutive months, the Executive Committee may declare that wrestler a free agent.  That free agent will be offered for one full week, and if at the end of that week no promotion has signed that wrestler, he may be resigned by his original promotion.
-If a member promotion releases a worker, then he may be signed immediately by another promotion.  If one full week passes and no promotion has signed that worker, he may be resigned by his original promotion.
-If a member promotion closes for any reason, that promotion's roster will be frozen by the Executive Committee, and the dispersing of said roster will be determined by the Executive Committee.

Sanctions

-In the event that any of the above rules are not complied with by a member promotion, the following sanctions may be exercised by the Executive Committee, depending on the severity of the offense:
     1.  The offending promotion will be censured by the Board of Directors.
     2.  All NWA champions on the offending promotion's roster may be stripped of their titles.
     3.  The offending promotion will temporarily lose it's NWA membership.
     4.  The offending promotion's promoter will lose his/her seat on the Board of Directors.
     5.  The offending promotion's roster will be declared free agents, and subject to the rules listed above for
          wrestlers that have not been booked in three months.
     6.  The offending promotion will be permanently expelled from the NWA
-If a promotion is permanently expelled from the NWA, see the Rosters section for the handling of the free agents.
