Many apologies for the lack of posted activity over the last few months.
Everything seems to have taken over our time and this project has taken a backseat for a while. I enter August vowing to restart and get this finished and running asap.
We have done some work but with few visible results. Fiberglassing joints and sanding, filling, then sanding again has taken sooo long. And although its almost 100F in the garage we are now moving onto fitting the skirt strips.
Just a couple of short pieces to go, fit the air splitter, then seal and paint. Cant wait for that....

We are back with avengeance!
Covered the entire bottom with a coat of epoxy. Looks really nice. Photos here in a day or two. Another coat tomorrow, then paint!
Monday and Tuesday 21st & 22nd, 2000
Fitted the airsplitter, final piece of skirt strip wood and another coat of epoxy.
Wednesday 23rd August 2000
Started painting!!!! "Survivor" special interrupted and I got about half done. More tomorrow. Took more photos too.
End of August 2000
Finished painting underside. 2 coats expoxy, 2 primer, 2 top coat. Flipped boat over.
