* Old-fashioned: Place sugar cube on an old-fashioned glass, saturate with Angostura and press orange and lemon wedges into it with a pestle or spoon. Add bourbon and ice. Fill with soda and stir, garnish with cherry. Orange Blossom: Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. |
* 2 oz. bourbon * 1 sugar cube * dashes Angostura * soda water * lemon & orange wedges * stemmed cherry * 1 3/4 oz. gin * 1 3/4 oz. orange juice * dashes of fleurs d'orange (orange flower water) |
