We have 2 water shows every year. December and May.
Both recreational and competitive swimmers are involved in these events. Our water shows include routines
developed in the year as well as a variety of Synchro Demo's performed by swimmers and coaches.
In-Club Camps (Link)
Competitive:
We have 2 camps for the competitive swimmers (October and February).
Recreational/Athletes with Disabilities:
This is a development camp for the recreational swimmers. The focus is on basic figure and routines skills. Our camps are a combination of Synchro pool and dryland sessions working on flexibility, core strength, mental training, nutrition and team building sessions.
The clinicians for the camps come from a variety of professional areas. We have been lucky to have coaches and judges at our camps that have worked with national level swimmers.as our Synchro Clinicians.
