An elite synchronized swimmer must have the endurance of a runner, the grace of a dancer, the agility of a gymnast, and the strength of a water polo player. Not many people realize how many sports synchro encompasses.

Each session includes a funfilled hour in the pool. During this session the swimmers will be introduced to basic synchro skills and have the opportunity to make up their own routine and show it off to the other swimmers.
