3. New Maintenance Fees
As of January Overlooks
maintenance fees are going up to $200.00 per month.
The Board is looking forward to improving a lot of
things here in our community!
- The Board has recently become
aware that some people are carrying flood
insurance on the outside of the building and
some arent. In order to be prepared if
there is ever a flood, the Board has decided
to carry flood insurance for all units
exteriors. Once this policy has gone into
effect you will be notified and you may drop
your flood insurance on your exterior.
- The Board chose to go with a
very reputable landscaper that has started
here at Overlook this week. The new
landscaper is top notch and should have our
community looking much better soon!
- The Board has budgeted for new
sod in dead areas and back yards!
- CMCs fees and
Seabrookes fees increased for 2000.
These are just some of the items
our dollars are going toward.
