Relax...forget everything.
Avoid your problems.
Take a break.
You need it.
You deserve it.
Put your problem away in a (imaginary) drawer,
and close that drawer tight.
Lock it.
Tell yourself you will not open that drawer until a certain date (choose date).
You will deal with it then, and you will deal with it completely.
Not now, later.
You need time.
You need space.
You need perspective.
Stick to your word.
