Scout It Out, Project SIT is Singapore's first non-unit based online Scout/Guide resource. Scout It Out, Project SIT was set up as an initiative to help other Scouts/Guides who encounter problems in Scouting, especially in Singapore. The problems include internal conflicts, insufficient unit funds, equipment maintenance, badgework etc. The main content of this site pertains mainly to Scout or Guide Quartermasters who may have difficulties maintaining their stores or even acquiring certain equipment. Most of the Scouting Resource posted here are a combination of the my experience as well as what is available elsewhere on the net. They may not be 100% correct but they do serve as a guide for maintenance. On the other hand, Scout It Out, Project SIT also strives to promote good local Scout or Guide sites which will enhance the image of the various local units. We also try to link our surfers to various useful Scout/Non-Scout based sites, thus linking them to the extensive cyber world. Lastly, Scout It Out, Project SIT is one site that tries its best to give a helping hand to the needy, visit Help 'em Out. *Scout It Out, Project SIT v1.5 would like to inform all surfers or supporters of Scout It Out that prior permission have to be seek from the Webmaster before Reproducing or Copying any of the information posted on this site.* |
