COMMUNICATING IN IT INDUSTRY
The ability to communicate in writing is a different skill to
communicating verbally, although some of the same issues
apply. You need to consider the people who will be reading
your communication and adapt the content accordingly. This is
particularly important when writing about technical subjects for a
non-technical audience, for example a user guide or an email to an
IT user about a support issue.
