| Don L. Lind | ||||||||||
| Don Lind was selected as an astronaut in NASA's fifth class (1966). His only space flight didn't come until 1985 when he served as a mission specialist on board the STS-51-B mission. Lind retired from NASA's astronaut corps in 1986 having spent 7 days in space. My Collection: This is an official NASA 8x10 WSS litho which Lind has autographed and inscribed. Below is an 8x10 Skylab Rescue crew photo (a mission that never flew) but Lind was assigned too. Lind has autographed it as has mission commander Vance Brand. |
