Carl J. Meade
Carl Meade was selected as an astronaut in NASA's eleventh class (1985).  His first space flight came in 1990 when he flew on STS-38 as a mission specialist.  Next, he served as a mission specialist on the 1992 flight of STS-50.  His third and final flight was in 1994 when he was a mission specialist on STS-64.  Meade retired in 1996 having spent 29 days in space.
