Parts:

 All of my new parts come directly from Lego sets or the pick a brick wall. These pieces can sometimes have minor flaws but I do my best to remove any items that are not usable (broken, cracked, do not clutch). My new parts will most likely not be mint condition, as they tend to bounce around in the box before they even arrive at my door. If you require mint condition please contact me and as long as it's a reasonable amount of items I will check them for you before purchase. I will also try to add notes for any heavily scratched parts, such as large transparent pieces. All new minifigs will be individually packaged un-assembled when parting new sets. Some minifigs will remain un-assembled in their original packaging from Lego (such as Scooby doo, Hulk, etc.)

 My used parts have been cleaned and sanitized, these parts may show some wear and I will try to indicate if it is excessive. White/Gray parts may show some slight yellowing but I try to screen out any that are beyond what I would find acceptable. I will only try to sell what I would find acceptable receiving, unless indicated.

 I have a smoke/pet free home and will not sell anything that comes from such a place without cleaning and inspecting each part to meet my standards (I am really picky). I will not sell anything dirty, or smelly. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and treat each buyer the same way I would want to be treated.

Part Variations:

 I do my best to make sure these are correctly listed but something may slip by every once and a while when adding to my inventory. If you are looking for specific molds please ask and I can double check my inventory for you.

Packing:

 Some stores toss it all in a bag and some bag each lot individually, I will be somewhere in between. I will pack your order as safe as possible with the least amount of weight. Usually how I would want to recieve an order and sometimes beyond if the value of the order warrants such. If you have any special requirements for packing please add to the notes when you place an order and I will acomodate as best as I can, such as: less bags, all in 1 bag, etc.

Timeframe & Payments:

 I will generally pull and pack your quite quickly but do work an 8-5 job. Most of my orders are mailed next day, there may be times when it is not possible for me to get to your order until the following day. For any orders not placed with instant checkout please pay your invoice within 7 days, or at least let me know when you will be able to pay and I can extend that deadline. Same day shipping on Saturday is possible but the cut off time is usually around 2 P.M.

Some info about me:

 I pride myself on being quick to ship and package everything I sell, that being said I do have a 3-year-old and a "new to me house" that sometimes diverts my attention. Communication is a big thing for me and you will be kept in the loop about any delays, issues, and when everything goes great!

Returns:

 Returns are not accepted. Extenuating circumstances may allow a return but this would involve the package sent to not be opened. Shipping costs are never refundable (exceptions to this apply if I made a major mistake on your order).
