Learning Training & Development Courseware Analyst/ Developer

  • Utilize instructional design systems and techniques, assist Mesa course developers to design, develop and maintain Training Support Packages (TSP) by structuring and sequencing the courses using media & training aid support elements.
  • Perform analysis and implement curriculum quality control measures of TSP�s to ensure they are compliant with ISO 9001 and the company processes and procedures.
  • Develop processes to standardize courseware templates and supporting documents to reduce cycle time when developing TSP.
  • Improve customer relationships with the Mesa Team to expand the level of support by measuring effectiveness of services provided via survey, and develop processes and tools that enhance service.

Engineering Flight Test Inspector
