Pizza Dough
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive or salad oil
3 to 3 1/2 cups flour

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.  Add sugar, salt, oil, and 2 cups flouor.  Beat until smooth.  Add additional flour to make a stiff dough.  Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.  Place in a large greased bowl and cover.  Let rise about 45 minutes or until double in bulk.  Grease two pizza pans or baking sheets.  Divide dough in half, adn form pizza crust in pans by pressing with palms fo hands.  Top with desired fillings, and bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
