Why is it that your Mother's cooking was always the best?
Well that was true in our family. Alice Harris was the best cook. I have her collection of cookbooks to share with everyone. Her collection includes recipes from the Weatherwax and Harris family. She has many cookbooks from The Grange and the Glens Falls Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her recipes include many favorites from the Harrisena, Queensbury, and Glens Falls, NY area. In the tradition of Mom's great cooking style I have included other great family recipes I know she would of enjoyed. |
