Yes, this is a new look -- the second complete re-design this site has had since it was planted in July '96, and the first new look it has had since it was but a seedling, all the way back in January of '97.

There are still a couple of problems with the design, and I'm not sure if I'll ever figure out how to resolve them. One is the discrepancy of the display of the green background of the graphics and the background of the page. They're supposed to be exactly the same, and numerically they are, but on some browsers, differently shaded blocks of green will show around the graphics. That's not how I meant it to look! Oh well.
