| The making of Sci-Link Online | SCI-LINK Online, the official publication in English of Philippine Science High School Western Visayas in the net, is being maintained by Niņo Natividad, IV- Tau.
The online version still contains campus news, opinion, feature and literary articles, science and technology and sport news.
"By publishing online, we can be available to as wide audience as possible composed not only of the PSHS students but also of alumni, parents, and the general public," said Katrina Nicole King, editor-in-chief of SCI-LINK.
"We are hoping that this project will be continued by the next generations of staffers," she added.
SCI-LINK is a multi-awarded high school paper in the national school press conferences. It was adjudged Best School Paper (Bracket B) in the 1999 NSPC at Tacloban City after having won first places in categories of science and sports. It was also adjudged best in news page, editorial page, and science and technology page in the 1998 NSPC at Victorias City.
It has also produced national winners in the individual writing contests which include two first places in news writing in 1994 and 1999.
