Southern Championship Wrestling runs a training center for potential wrestlers at its home at the SPORTS PALACE in Joanna, SC. Training takes place three evenings a week to give participants the chance to learn at a rate that is best suited for their bodies. The wrestling workouts are enhanced with weight training
* that is also located at the facility. Trainees learn everything , starting with basic moves and working up to more advanced combinatons, as well as, how to work the mic and develop a ring personality.
You will be in the ring with several veteran wrestlers to demonstrate moves to you and to correct mistakes that will turn you into a smooth ring technition in just a short time. After, you have learned how to work, you will get to prove yourself in the ring in front of our regular SCW Saturday night wrestling crowds.


Weight training is seperate from the wrestling school. POPS SCW Gym is ran so that anyone interested in improving their body can do so with their own individual workout developed for them by POPS and his staff. Wrestlers will be given a workout that develops their body for strength as well as endurance.
