in Surdulica
Surdulica, the town in the south of Serbia will impress you if
you visit it by any chance. Settled among two river valleys, surrounded by mountain

The highest value of entire
Surdulica environment is Vlasinsko lake, which, thanks to its nature,
size and beauty, represents an extraordinary tourist location and has
great potential to grow into tourist-recreational centre. Natural
conditions, together with built facilities offer the possibility for
development of camping, hunting, fishing, recovery and recreation. An
adequate infrastructure is yet to be built.

Hotel "Vlasina"
on Vlasinsko Lake

Vlasinsko jezero, one of the
loveliest lakes in Serbia is situated on Vlasina plateau, on 1.208 m
above sea level. This lake is man made in 1952. when a dam for new
power stations (Vrla I-IV) was constructed on Vlasina river. In
breathtaking natural and clean environment, 12 Km2 of lake water is
perfect for rest, recreation and tourism. Among the tourist
attractions, there are floating islands, unique in Serbia. Many
cultural events take place on Vlasina and there are very good
conditions for winter sports. Hotel "Vlasina", motel
"Jezero" and newly build private hotel "Narcis",
all with luxury apartments await you in Vlasina. Vlasina is visited by
several thousand tourists from all parts of Serbia every year.
