Our little firm have been renting apartments for 30 years in Lacona, a well known tourist place in Elba Island, located in the south coast of the island, 15 by car distant from the main landing port of Portoferraio.
The cottages are 400 metres distant from the sea, have large courts, gardens, shaded parkings.
The apartments, situated in the plain of Lacona are ideal for a relaxing stay plunged into the green among pine-, olive-, and eucalyptus-trees.
The cottages can be easily reched from the main road though being surrounded by other properties, therefore children can play freely outside without fearing the traffic.
The open spaces you can enjoy here are really magnificent and during summer hot you will never lack shaded nooks to refresh yourselves.
You can reach the sea in 5 minutes walk and choose among the sandy Big Beach, the gravelly Margidore amid the beautiful Stella Gulf or the small but quaint Laconella Beach.
Our simple and essential apartments offer everything necessary for your wishes' hoidays though stay prices are very convenient.
