A Run by the River
This book would not have been possible without my experiences on the Elder cross country team, the endless miles of trails in Burt Lake, Michigan, and all of the runs on Miami University's campus.

Book #2
This book has changed more times than I care to admit. It currently rests at 100 pages...

Not books by me, but they're the best I've read in the running genre.

Once A Runner
The most beloved of all running books. Before the April 2009 edition, this cult classic could only be found on eBay for the price of $150 for the paperback.

Again to Carthage
The sequel to Once a Runner. Not as good as its predecessor, but the 2nd half makes it worth the read.

The Purple Runner
I enjoyed this as much as Once a Runner. Unless there's another printing, you'll pay a steep price if you can find a copy of this book.

Running with the Buffaloes
Great insight into the real lives of college cross country runners. This is a must read for serious runners and running enthusiasts.
