What is the difference between standard Ascorbic Acid & Sodium Ascorbate? Ascorbic Acid is acidic-type of Vit. C with pH of 2.5-3, while Sodium Ascorbate is alkaline-type of Vit. C with pH of 7.5-7.8. Sodium
Ascorbate raises the alkalinity of the body, thus, helps in preventing onset of diseases. It also does not induce gastric intolerance.
If I take FERN-C, do I need to take other Vitamin capsules too? No. Vitamin C is the mother of all Vitamins. All other vitamins need Vitamin C to work. Vitamin C can work without the other vitamins.
Vitamin C is the only vitamin our bodies needs in a higher dosage. All other vitamins requirements can covered through our diet. |
