Roma Getting Married ?

After a long time, a fresh rumour came into the scene of Malayalam film industry, buzzing that Roma, one of the young, lovely Malayalam actresses, has fallen in love with a young businessman from Kochi. This young man named Aneesh is a daily visitor on the sets of her upcoming film Lollypop, directed by Shafi.

Aneesh brings Roma to the set in his car and takes her back home everyday. During the break time, they both sit in the car. When her mother was asked about this, she reportedly replied, �My daughter is twenty five years old and nothing is beyond her happiness.�

Produced by ABS combines, Lollypop stars Prithviraj, Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya and Bhavana alongside Roma. Benny P. Nayarambalam, who has written the script for many colourful flicks in Malayalam, pens the script for Lollypop, which is slated for a Christmas release. The shooting of the movie began early in this month.

Actress Mallika Sukumaran has come under police observation under the case of total4U cheating case. The investigation team has received the information that it was Mallika Sukumaran who had made all the arrangements for a main accused Chandramathi to stay in hiding at Bangalore.

But the police are hesitant to interrogate Mallika as she has high contacts. Although a police official has found evidences of her dealings with Chandramathi, she has not been included in the case diary so far. She is also said to have close link with a CPM minister.

It is found that she had invested about one crore rupees in the firm of Sabarinath. But at the pangs of the crash, she had received 25 lakhs from Sabari. She had tried to see IG Harinath who is leading the investigation team many times but had been denied of the permission.

The investigation team has also found that the reason behind the suicide of an official from the Beverages Corporation was triggered by his dealings with Sabarinath. But this revelation too was suppressed owing to pressure from higher ups.

Serial actress Sangeetha Mohan held for drunken driving

Serial - film actress Sangeetha Mohan (29) was arrested for drunken driving. The police patrolling team stopped the WagonR car she was driving from Pazhavangadi near the Big Bazaar. The actress first refused to open the door but when the police team led by medical college circle inspector Suresh Kumar, who was on night duty, tried to break the glass, she opened it.

The police recovered some liquor bottles, glasses and some eatables from the car. She was taken to the general hospital for medical examination. She was later released on bail.

She appears in an advertisement of the state government now aired in TV channels. Meantime, the Fort Police said that she was warned for drunken driving in Kovalam last week.
