Return Policy

We want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, as well as the services we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you return the item(s) in question. If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy, you should contact our Customer Support by email.
Orders shipped within the United States
Merchandise must be sent back within 30 days of purchase.
Orders shipped outside of the United States
Merchandise must be sent back within 45 days of purchase.
Return Processing
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, a request for a Return Authorization number (RA), must be made within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
A RA number is REQUIRED or the return will not be processed. Any product defect issues past this 7 day period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the product.
All returned product(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in the original manufacturer's packaging and include all factory packed accessories and documentation (where applicable).
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include shipping and handling charges.
Products returned must be returned to us at the expense of the Customer. Returned products that are lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to us.
Some merchandise requires a restocking fee. This fee, along with any other additional conditions or policy described below under "Extensions", will be shown on the product's detail page under "Return Policy" and does not constitute a waiver of any part of this policy.
For refunds, please visit our Return Requst page. You will need your order number, account email address and item information to process the request. To ensure quick processing of your return, please write your return authorization number on the return label and include the original packing slip sent with your order.

Exclusions
Sample boxes, sample items, opened DVDs and digital purchases cannot be returned.
If the manufacturer of a product does not permit us to return the product, we may withhold authorization to return the product from the customer.
Any return product that arrives to us used opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. Customer will be notified of the rejected returns via email, and may request that the products be sent to them at their expense.
Extenions
Some vendors and manufacturers require additional terms and conditions for returning items. The list below is in addition to the policy above and applies to these products as shown in the product's detail section under "Return Policy".
  • All products that are returnable are marked as such in the attributes field below the description. If nothing is mentioned, or marked as N, the item is not returnable and credit will be denied. All returns must include original packaging, and packaging must be intact unless defective/damaged (including manufacturer's shrink wrap for video/audio).
    A return processing fee of 7.5% is applied to all returns EXCEPT: mis-shipped or unmerchandisable (visibly shopworn/soiled).
    Unless unmerchandisable or mis-shipped, a full refund will not be issued. Refund may be issued minus original shipping, handling of $0.65, and return shipping depending on the return reason.
  • We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Return must be made within two weeks from the date of invoice.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies.
    Supplier reserves the right to make substitutions and do find the need too at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. Please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective merchandise. Additional details, photos, etc., about the damage may be requested.
  • This supplier only allows returns for DVD's. In most cases, you can return DVD's within 20 days from the ship date and there is a restocking fee of 15%. If packages are refused or undeliverable there will be a 25% restock fee and shipping will not be refunded.
  • Manufacturer will accept returns on damaged product. In this case, please contact us and we will initiate the process to have FedEx issue a call tag and pick up and return the damaged product. Once the damaged product is picked up by FedEx, replacement product will be shipped. Manufacturer only accepts returns for damaged product. Manufacturer will not accept any other returns because the items are food products. Refused orders will be credited less shipping and handling costs.
Refunds
Subject to our authorization and the conditions set forth herein, products will be returnable to us for refund to the Customer.
Refunds for returns are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase less original shipping and handling charges (and restocking fee if applicable).
If the original shipment is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus original shipping and handling charges (and restocking fee if applicable).
Refunds will not be issued without the return shipment tracking to show the return was delivered back. After we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. This takes time so please allow up to 15 days from the time we receive your return for a credit to appear on your account.
