Adapting to fit the markets and culture are needed to help the networks to expand. Since radio and TV is increasing as there are Chinese market segments being Americanized, Disney should take time to open up the industry and convert more programs to the local language. Getting more focus on the Disney Channel and more advertising and tie-ins for branding the market in the crowded Hong Kong locales could only help the media giant. ESPN should curb its programming and the Walt Disney Company should focus baseball into their international programming as well as open a cross cultural center to this market � much like they have done for the Spanish Speaking Market. (ESPN Deportes) Since the time frame will allow Disney 2 more years before the completion of the new parks, there should be more then enough time to implement this.
