Several writer have indicated that Fergus RIELY may have died in IRE. However his will was filed in Frederick Co., VA, witnesses by John MCCORMICK, his father-in-law. Mary MCCORMICK probably migrated to VA with her father, Dr. John MCCORMICK of 'White House Farm' in Summit Point, Jefferson Co., VA.
