HISTORY

He is within and without all beings.Though unmoving, He looks like one moving. He is both far and near - far to the ignorant, and near to the knowing ones. Owing to subtlety, He cannot be known like gross objects! - Bhagavad Gita 13:15

The history of Narasimha dates back to early 1998. Then known as Agni, the band had evolved through several line up changes and three major name changes. It was known as NRSMA in early 1999, after a major line up change. At the same time, another band called The Gnomic was formed. Later on in early 2000, NRSMA and The Gnomic merged together as one, and as the result, Narasimha was formed. The merging of these two bands were possible due to the similar concepts they had possessed. Later on, several line up changes took place due to commitment levels and unforeseen circumstances. The history of Narasimha has been put up briefly below.
