Openning Narriation
Opposite our planet Earth, on the other side of the sun, is the planet, Olympus. We can't see them, but the Olympians are always aware of what is goin on here, through elaborate eletronic monitoring devices.
The ruler of Olympus, President Sportacus XI, is a great sports fan who watches all the televisioni sports programs he can.
Distressed to find sport on Earth going to the dogs, he is angered to find aggression and survival of the fittest more important than fair play.
President Sportacus XI suspects that the planet, Vandalucia is responsible, now ruled by the evil witch, Queen Vanda.
President Sportacus, through an advanced computer, seldects the most likely beings on his planet to combat and defeat Vanda.
Who does the computer select?
None other than Sport Billy and Sport Lilly!
They're equipted with a magnificent magical bag of tricks called the "Omni-Sack", containing almost everything they will need to combat such unsporting rivals. Everything is minaturized, and somehow fits within the bag. The Omni-Sack!
President Sportacus decides that Sport Billy and Lilly will take their remarkable dog, Willy, on their mission.
Sent to Earth by a superrocket, with tele-communications to Olympus, all threee begin the adventures of Sport Billy and Lilly.
