The library is darkened, with only candles in fanciful holders for reading lights. There is a cold fireplace with pictures in gilded frames on the mantle and a painting of a very distinguished-looking gentleman in a tuxedo and top hat. In one of his hands he holds an ebony wood walking stick, A brass plate on the gilded frame reads:

Count Vladimer Dracula

Red drapes tied back with gold cords frame the portrait, as well as the black-covered windows. No light from the outside can get into the library.

The chairs are elegant and luxurious, ebony wood covered in scarlet upholstry. Near each chair is a table made of the same, rich black wood. On each table --along with the candles-- sits a crystal decanter of red liquid, and a tray of crystal goblets.

Sitting in one of the chairs is an elegant woman in a long, red velvet dress. Her hair is long and black, framing a frost-white face. Onyx eyes look up from the book she is reading and her blood-red lips part to flash a pair of ivory daggers at you.

"Hello," she smiles. "I am Elizabetha Bathory Dracula, wife of Count Dracula and aunt to Draka, Drak, and Vamprina. This is the fanfic library for Vampire: The Masquerade. The fics in this libaray will be in the PG:13 to PG:17 range, as they will be Jo Ann's attempts at the Gothic world of the vampire. Drak and the Drak Pack will not be in these fics. These are strictly going to be vampire stories. As such, it is advisable for kids under the age of 13 not to read these. They may or may not be suitable for younger readers. You have been warned."
