Impruving Conscience and Mind
A simple method to form connections among brain and the superior layers is the one of letting that these connections are made by themselves by means of the intelligent functions that they possess.
Therefore the method is simply: Not forcing the mental solutions that we need to take out of our mind if the time and the circumstances allow it to us, and of course, if with simple deductions we have not obtained good results.
--If for example we are studying a topic for which we have enough time for its solution. The exposed method would be to think about the questions and make us the necessary queries, and following, leave to solve the anybody's guess for the own brain and mind.
In the following days we continue revising the problem and surely in our brain can go jumping solutions that can be partial. Then we will continue discharging incognitos till the total solution is produced.
--Also on the facts to solve, our brain can indicate us if these are true or false by means of positive or negative feeling when we think on it.
Method of amplification of Conscience.
This method is truly simple, and surely very practiced in Orient.
This method consists on to be positioned in state of rest, relaxation or concentration and to try to connect with our being�s superior layers.
As I said, this is my simple: We can consider to our neurons as if they were the lights of a nocturnal city. Then we have to try to switch all the lights at the same time to be able to contemplate the city in its entirety. This case to contemplate our mental capacity in its entirely.
Depending on the metal capacity and relax of each one of us, soon we will see as we begin to have conscience feelings of our mind and of the world that surrounds us.
But I must notice that they are conscience, feelings and aware in whole. Not of transportation or vision of other concrete places or facts.
