Wâldrock is not mentioned on the bootleg, but David Vincent does indicate they're playing at a festival in the stage banter. In Bergum, that would obviously be Wâldrock.
Track 9 is introduced as "Blessed Are The Sick," but "Damnation" is played.
The last track is not a continuous part of the others and is of a lower sound-quality, so I assume it's a live version of "Fall From Grace" from a different gig.

Tracks 1 and 2 feature vocals by Dallas Ward. Tracks 3-5 feature lead vocals by Kenny Bamber (a local traditional metal vocalist who they tried out). Track 4 is listed as having Dallas on lead vocals, but it's pretty obvious from the crazy falsetto that it's Kenny.
Track 6 is a long track of acoustic guitar. You can hear Azagthoth speak a few times during the track, and he sounds far more masculine than he does now.
Track 7 has some very insightful commentary from the band, followed by a mock radio introduction and a brief bit of what seems to be a vocalless jam session.

Companion bootleg to the "Evil Live" CD.
Tracks 8, 9, and 10 appear to be vocalless.
Track 10 is technically an Incubus song. I assume Sterling von Scarborough brought it with him from the old Incubus lineup, but it's not clear if it was actually intended to be adopted as a Morbid Angel song. After he and Mike Browning left and reformed Incubus, it appeared on the Incubus 1987 demo in a faster form.
Note that the bootleg refers to "Thy Kingdom Come" as Morbid Angel's third demo. As I'm not completely familiar with their very early history and don't know exactly which tapes they considered to be official demos, I won't refer to it as such.

Companion bootleg to the "Evil Demos" CD. This material was also released as the "Live In Concert 86-88" silver-CD. However, that bootleg wrongly lists the shows as being live in New York City and Los Angeles. I cannot fully verify the location of the '88 gig, it's only what I've been told.
The 1986 material is from a 2-day Tampa metal fest with Massacre, Hellwitch, etc. that Morbid Angel headlined. This same gig is on the bootleg LP "Unholy Blasphemies," which also contains the song "Lord of All Fevers and Plagues" at the end (note that the last track on this CD fades out during Browning's stage banter, so the show is indeed incomplete). A video and the soundboard tape of this show have also apparently been circulated.
Note that many of the tracks have some differences in lyrics and arrangements from later studio versions.
Most tracks seem to have breaks inbetween them, although they're more subtle during the '88 stuff. There's a quick sound drop-out at 2:12 of track 3. "Evil Spells" suddenly cuts off after about a minute and a half into the song during the main solo, and the crowd noise for the '86 portion actually begins at the end of track 7. After the drum solo in the middle of the '86 "Maze of Torment," there's a jump to later in the song.
Azagthoth noodles around a bit at the end of track 13. I don't recognize it as being a specific solo frong a song. It's not directly connected to "Hellspawn" and there's a break between the solo and track 14, so I'm not sure if the solo is supposed to be connected to any particular song as an intro/outro.
The song "Morbid Angel," played during some other early live gigs, starts off similarly to "Immortal Rites;" most of the song is totally different, so I'm not sure whether it's really correct to say it's an earlier version of "Immortal Rites" or whether they just recycled the riff.

Update! This is not the the date of their first Japanese tour (from Cork Step Hall, Osaka, Japan), as I erroneously wrote and as another site is claiming, although it seems they played exactly the same set. Someone pointed out to me that Steve mentions Erfurt in the song introduction to "Promised Land." So if you have any more info about the specific date of this show, please let me know!
Note that a second version with a demon on the cover and a different booklet layout exists, which is also a real CD. I don't know how else the packaging and layout differ, but the tracklistings are identical and I assume the content is the same. I didn't even know about the existence of this Trey cover until I received it, so I assume it's rarer.
Tracks 1 and 2 are from the 2-song 7" version of "Thy Kingdom Come" (Splattermaniac was also the label who released that, but I'm guessing the bootleggers here are different culprits who just used the name).
The bootleg gives no info about the specific date or location of the live gig. The live tracks are relatively clear, but the vocals and drums often cause a rumbly distortion. Tucker lacks the elocution of Vincent, live or not, and his vocals come across as rather forced and generic. He also uses his forced death metal voice to address the crowd, which I find very cheesy. In addition, since originally writing this, I've heard some other '98 Morbid Angel shows, and he uses the same recited stage banter verbatim from gig to gig, almost to a greater extent than any other vocalist I've heard. If all that wasn't bad enough, there are hardly any older classics on here. In my opinion, this is easily the worst Morbid Angel bootleg available (not in terms of sound-quality, but just in terms of sheer energy and enjoyment). This is really only for people who loved "Formulas Fatal to the Flesh" and want to hear most of those songs live without much early material.
A couple of the band's synth interludes/instrumentals were played during the gig, but have been largely edited, I guess due to CD time constraints. Track 3 is about the last 20 seconds from "Disturbance In The Great Slumber." There are a few seconds of "Ascent Through the Spheres" at the end of track 7, which fades out, and then the end fades in at the very beginning of track 8. This happens again between tracks 14 and 15 with "Nar Mattaru."
Track 13 starts with "Hymn to a Gas Giant" and the track continues with most of "Invocation of the Continual One." The band pause and the rest of the track continues on track 14 (about the last two verses).
I have been informed that full recordings of this show also exist and include "Hellspawn: The Rebirth" and "Chapel of Ghouls" at the end, which are not on the bootleg CDs.

Update! I've recently discovered that Earpaine also put out a Morbid Angel "Evil Demos..." CD as well! So it looks like for the above bootleg, I got the wrong CD with the inserts. Until I actually have a copy of the other Earpaine bootleg, I'll leave my original comments as they are.
A bit of a confusing bootleg. The audio is the same as the "Evil Demos" CD (please see that bootleg's listing for more information on the material here). The given tracklisting actually corresponds to the "Evil Live" CD, though. Note that the cover of this bootleg actually reads "EVIL LIVE live 86-88," but the back insert uses the "Live 86-88" title. I will use that title so it does not get confused with the "Evil Live" bootleg.
It looks like this bootleg is just another version of the "Evil Demos" with the tracklisting of the "Evil Live" CD. The serial number on my CD itself is 6013 even though the back insert serial number is given as 6015 (which match up to the aforementioned Slow Death bootlegs). I'm not sure whether the Slow Death or Earpaine bootlegs came first. The tracklisting/audio difference makes me think the Earpaine bootleg (if there is indeed just one) is just a badly-done repress of the "Evil Demos" CD. But other Earpaine CDs have "60##" serial numbers--even if they knocked-off earlier Morbid Angel bootlegs, why would they use the same type of numbering system on unrelated CDs?
Since Earpaine CDs don't have any title information on the CD themselves and due to the weird tracklisting/packaging inconsistency, it might be possible that I have a CD with the wrong inserts. However, to my knowledge, this is the only Morbid Angel bootleg on Earpaine. Can anyone with this CD verify that for me?
Miscellaneous
Warning: A CD-R copy of the "Blessed are the Boots" bootleg, which is on a real CD, exists. The easiest way to tell them apart is that the CD-R has a red stick-on label on top. If you see any distros claiming to have multiple copies of this in stock, it's probably the CD-R version.
"Blessed are the Unholy" and "Infernal Madness" are cheap CD-Rs released by Omerta records.

Seems to be a mass-produced CD-R with semi-professional inserts. This is probably the same recording as the "Crush Jesus Christ Tour '91" bootleg-LP, as the track order and songlist are almost exactly the same--the only difference is that the vinyl has the additional track "Thy Kingdom Come" between "Unholy Blasphemies" and "Abominations." And there is indeed an edit at the end of "Unholy Blasphemies," hinting that something was cut out. No specific date/location information is given on the bootleg. Note there are two noises at the end of track 4 that sound like a record skipping. I can't tell whether these are defects in the recording or whether they're poorly-done edits.
