Diana Harris was originally from Owosso, Michigan and lived there until February of 1981, when she moved with her two young children to Big Pine Key, Florida. Diana was seen by her family on June 7, 1981 when her children were at the airport to board a flight to visit with their father.

Approximately one month before Diana Harris vanished she stated in a phone call to a friend that she was concerned about illegal drug activity that was going on at a location known as the "party house" that she was living with at the time with her boyfriend. Around this same time frame, Diana spoke with her mother regarding a wedding she was to attend in mid August.
On August 4, 1981 Diana's mother reported her missing after unsuccessful attempts to contact her. To date there has been no contact with Diana Harris since late July 1981. It is difficult to pinpoint the exact disappearance date due to the fact that the family was not living in the area with Diana when she vanished.

Fourteen years later, on July 24, 1995, a man by the name of Tom Stump mysteriously vanished from the general area where Diana became missing in 1981. After some personal research from Diana Harris' family, they've learned that Tom Stump and Diana Harris were linked by several of the same people connected in the drug undeworld.

The families and some private investigators believe that there is a connection with the two disappearances but need the final piece of the puzzle to find Diana and Tom. It is believed that there is more than one individual involved in these cases and it is unacceptable that these people are able to walk the street. The families of Diana and Tom do not believe they'd leave on their own accord and believe that they are victims of foul play.
