The scene: At 11:05 the dead body of Apu Nahasapeemapetilon was discovered in the Kwik-E-Mart, crushed by his Squishee machine. No fingerprints were discovered on the machine, nor were any clues left behind. A list of suspects who may have had a motive to murder Mr. Nahasapeemapetilon

Homer Simpsons: Around afternoon, a drunk Mr. Simpson wandered into the Kwik-E-Mart looking to buy a keg of beer. When Mr. Nahasapeemapetilon told Mr. Simpson that he did not have beer kegs in bubblegum flavor, Mr. Simpson respond with several threats to him and "that wierd elephant giving me the funny look". Mr. Simpson returned to his home and left several hours later carrying a bat. He was found the next day passed out a block from the Kwik-E-Mart.
Moe Szyslak: Mr. Szyslak had recently taken out a loan from Fat Tony to pay for rent and to keep his bar. Due to Barney Gumble's transition from beer to coffee, Mr. Szyslak was losing money fast. Desperate to make money, Mr. Szyslak went to the Kwik-E-Mart to apply for a job as a Squishee dispenser, and Mr. Nahasapeemapetilon hired him. Realizing the potential money that could be gained by combining a Squishee with a Duff beer, Mr. Szyslak began mixing the two. Mr. Nahasapeemapetilon saw this and immediately fired him. Angry at Mr. Nahasapeemapetilon, Mr. Szyslak stormed out and returned to his bar where witnesses say he sat around in a quiet, scheming mood. He left the bar around ten and was unaccounted for the rest of the night
Dr. Hibbert: Dr. Hibbert knew of the potential health risks of almost every item of food in the Kwik-E-Mart. Determined not to let people suffer from this store, Dr. Hibbert tried to close down the Kwik-E-Mart. However, Mr. Nahasapeemapetilon bribed the health committee and the Kwik-E-Mart remained open. Dr. Hibbert repeatedly pleaded with Mr. Nahasapeemapetilon to stop selling poisonous foods, noting the health risks of eating his "Century Old Hot Dogs." Dr. Hibbert left vowing to stop at nothing to shut down the place. |
