The Lone Ranger

September 15, 1949 thru September 12, 1957

Although I was only 3 years old when the Lone Ranger went off the air, I still got to watch him and Tonto in reruns.  Clayton Moore is and always will be The Lone Ranger to me. No one could play "the masked man" like he could. Along with Jay Silverheels they helped people and brought justice to the American West.. My favorite line in every show was "who was that masked man?"

I used to get so tickled because the people couldn't figure out who "the masked man" was and I knew all along!! You have to remember I was a very young child when this was on, I really believed  that these people were real and alive and living in the west while I was living in Florida.

Died of a Heart Attack on December 28, 1999 at the age of 85. Thanks Mr. Moore  for being one of the Good guys.
