This was my second Contiki tour. The first one I took was the 'European Whirl' in 1996. I decided to go with Contiki again because I knew that it would be cost effective travelling through the expensive countries in Scandinavia. I also knew it would be safer travelling with a group in Russia.

One of the best things about travelling with Contiki is the cool people you meet on the tour. I am still in touch with several of the people I met on the trip. It's great knowing that when I travel to New Zealand, the USA, England and in other states of Australia, I'll have friends to meet up with!
