About Hotaru:
Hotaru is a happy-go-lucky, cheerful and bright person, very much like her namesake. She sees the humor in everything and everyone, especially herself. She was born in Isabel and Daniel's old beach house, and moved back there as soon as she could, barely able to stand the gloomy kingdom she will inherit one day. But for now, she's happy with her fun in the sun life, and will fight to protect it.

Strangely enough, Hotaru's becoming Nesheph Sailordosei didn't drain her mother at all. She knows why, but isn't about to tell. She is the most powerful of the Nesheph senshi, able to use her attack to do anything from slightly drain a person's energy to kill them outright. She won't kill unless she must, but won't turn back if that's what she has to do.

Nesheph Dosei says these words, and a ribbon of violet energy wraps around her target from the bottom up before nearing their heart. When it gets there, it plunges into their heart, wrapping itself around it. Depending on how tightly Dosei chooses to wrap the ribbon, it can go anything from make her target exhausted to kill them.
