his first guitar at the age of 14, He tought himself to play by listening to influences such as Johnny Cash and TheVentures.
Paul spent alot of time between bands before joining Streetheart,
in 1977.
After being released from streetheart after a year and release of
Meanwhile Back In Paris, Paul joined up with Mike Reno in 1979 and together the creation of Loverboy was on the way.
In 1987 when Loverboy decided to go their seperate ways Paul
released his own solo efforts:

1995 Machine
1997 Blackstone
In the late 90's Paul reunited with Loverboy once again as lead guitarist.
