- Completed 8 years of french immersion at Woodland Public School in 1988.
- Completed 8 years of Secular Jewish Sunday School in 1989.
- Completed Royal Conservatory of Music grade 9 piano and grade 3 harmony.
- Graduated with Ontario Secondary School diploma from Thornhill Secondary School in 1994.
- Completed Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa in 2000.
- Will be completing Social Service Worker diploma at Humber College in 2006.
Other Major Accomplishments: Successful freelance sports photographer for 2.5 years (published in "Beckett" and "Sports Illustrated").

Live theatre, music of all genres, piano, photography, the arts, independent, foreign, & documentary films, psychology, baseball, college basketball, skiing, tennis, volunteering, social issues and left-wing politics.
