"WE DON'T LISTEN TO MANS' WORDS, HE IS NOT GOD! WE ONLY BELIEVE THE BIBLE!"
This is a fairly common Deception perpetuated by so-called "non-denominational churches" and also cults. They are in rebellion against Men of G-d who have Faithfully taught True Doctrine and Biblical Principles based on Scripture in this and every past generation of His Church. Yeshua (Jesus) Promised to send True Shepherds in every generation to Faithfully lead His Flock and carry on the True Teachings against every heresy that might spring up in His Assemblies and to rebuke false teachers and warn His people concerning these things.
...I Will Build My Church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18b
Yeshua Said that the Gates of Hell shall never prevail against His True Church. In every generation Yeshua has raised up True Men of G-d to keep and teach the True Faith. In order for false teachers to deceive, they will attempt to discredit True Men of G-d by saying such things as, "These men are not G-d! We only go by what the Bible says!" and suchlike diversions designed to cause unsuspecting sheep to be thrown off-guard and be caught in their web of deception and trickery.
They may say, "Why should we listen to any old dead guys, you are living in the past, listen to us!" Many have been deceived by this wicked teaching. When questioned about Doctrine they further lie with such statements as, "We Don't have any Doctrine we just believe the Bible" covered in Part I of Sudies in Deception.
Seek the True Teachings which can be traced through Church Councils and Synods down through Church history and know that these things we have spoken of are True and Faithful. Find a True Assembly that teaches the Creeds, Councils and Synods of His True Church and do not be deceived by satans' lies or his agents of deception any more.
