Absinthe Cocktail
#1 - This recipe is the classic method of serving Absinthe.
In a tall footed
glass, pour the Absinthe. Lay an Absinthe spoon across the top of the
glass and place a sugar cube on it. Slowly pour the ice water over the
sugar to dissolve it into the drink, the slower the better. When you
have added the desired amount of water, drop the remaining sugar into
the glass and stir with the absinthe spoon.
