Ginger Beer (UK Style)

  • 12 Ounces of Fresh Ginger Root

  • 4 Large Lemons, Juiced

  • 2 Pounds of Sugar

  • 2 Pounds of Honey

  • 5 Gallons of Water

  • 5 Grams of Champagne Yeast

 


 

Cream Soda

  • 2 1/4 Cups of Vanilla Extract

  • 10 Ounces of Raisins, chopped

  • 2 1/2 Ounces Cinnamon Bark

  • 2 Pounds of Sugar

  • 2 Pounds of Honey

  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon Cream Of Tartar

  • 5 Gallons of Water

Lemon Lime Soda

  • 5 Cups of Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 3 1/2 Cups of Fresh Lime Juice

  • 2 Pounds of Sugar

Apple Soda

  • 3 1/2 Gallons Apple Juice

  • 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Extract

  • 3 1/2 Cups of Fresh Lime Juice

  • 4 Pounds of Honey

Cherry Vanilla Soda

  • 4 Gallons 100% Pure Cherry Juice

  • 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Pounds of Honey

  • 1 Gallon of Water

  • 5 Grams of Champagne Yeast
