Arau orokorrak – Normas generales – General rules

1.      Arau nagusi lez ezingo da zabaldu izada bat baino gehiago batera, eta zabalik mantenduko da estazio hartzaileak erantzun arte.

2.      Izada bat talde bat baino gehiagoz osotua danean, honeetako biren artean triza banatzaile bat tartekatuko da.

3.      Estazio bidaltzaileak beti izako dau seinalea estazio hartzaileak errazen ikusi ahal dauan aldetik, hau da, banderak franko zabaltzen diran lekuan ketik libre egonik.

 

1.      Como regla general no deberá largarse más que una izada cada vez, y se mantendrá largada hasta que la estación receptora las haya contestado.

2.      Cuando una izada conste de varios grupos, se intercalarán entre cada dos de ellos una driza separadora.

3.      La estación transmisora izará siempre la señal por donde pueda ser más fácilmente vista por la estación receptora, esto es, en el lugar donde las banderas ondeen francas y libres del humo.

 

1.      As a general rule only one hoist should be shown at a time, and be kept flying until it was answered by the receiving station.

2.      When more groups than one are shown on the same halyard they must be separated by a tackline.

3.      The transmitting station should always hoist the signal where it can be most easily seen by the receiving station, that is, in such position that the flags will blow out clear and be free from smoke.

Zelan deitu – Cómo llamar – How to call

1.      Numerala aurretik ipini barik izatzen bada seinale bat, ikus-keinuen esparruan dagozan estazio guztiei zuzenduta dagoala ulertuko da.

2.      Seinalea bidali gura deutsagun estazioaren numerala jakitea ezinezkoa balitz, VF (Izatu zure numerala) edo CS (Zein da zure untziaren izena edo numerala?) izatuko doguz lehenago; eta alde batera norberaren numerala izatuko dogu.YQ taldea (Niregandik ... demoran dagoen untziagaz komunikatu gura dot) be erabili leiteke.

 

1.      Si se iza una señal sin ir precedida de numeral, se entenderá que va dirigida a todas las estaciones que se encuentran al alcance de señales visuales.

2.      Si no fuera posible determinar la numeral de la estación a la que deseamos enviar una señal, se deberá izar primero el grupo VF (Ice usted su numeral) o CS (¿Cuál es su nombre o numeral?), y simultáneamente izaremos la propia numeral. El grupo YQ (Deseo comunicar con el buque que está a partir de mí en la demora ... ) puede también ser utilizado.

 

1.      If no identity signal is hoisted it will be understood that the signal is adressed to all stations within visual signaling distance.

2.      If it is not posible to determine the identity signal of the station to wich it is desired to signal, the group VF (You should hoist your identity signal) or CS (What is the name or identity signal of your vessel?) should be hoisted first; at the same time the station will hoist its own identity signal. The group YQ (I wish to communicate with vessel bearing…from me) can also be used.

Zelan erantzun – Cómo responder – How to answer

·        Seinaleei erantzuteko, estazio hartzaileak, keinua ikusten dauan unean bandera bereizgarria izatuko dau triserdira, eta ulertzen dauanean, goraino; eta estazio bidaltzaileak erriaten dauanean seinalea, barriro erriako da triserdira; hurrengo seinalea ulertzen danean barriro goraino izatuz, eta horrela amaitu arte.

 

·        Para contestar las señales, la estación receptora deberá izar el gallardete de inteligencia a media driza en cuanto vea la señal, y llevarla a tope cuando la interprete, volviéndola a media driza al arriar la izada la estación transmisora, volviéndola a tope cuando se interprete la siguiente y así sucesivamente.

 

·        To answer the signals the receiving station must hoist the answering pennant at the dip as soon as they see each hoist and close up inmediately, when they understand it; it is to be lowered to the dip as son as the hoist is hauled down at the transmitting station, being hoisted close up again as son as the next hoist is understood.

Zelan amaitu – Cómo terminar – How to complete

·        Mezuaren bidalketa amaitzen danean, estazio bidaltzaileak, azken izadaren ondoren, bandera bereizgarria izatuko dau bera bakarrik, eta estazio hartzaileak beste izadei egin deutson era bardinean erantzungo dau, azkanean bandera hori erriaberatuz.

 

·        Cuando se termine la transmisión del mensaje, la estación transmisora izará aisladamente después de la última izada el gallardete característico, y la estación receptora contestará de igual manera que a las demás izadas, arriando después por completo dicho gallardete.

 

·        The transmitting station is to hoist the answering pennant singly after the last hoist of the signal to indicate that the signal is completed. The receiving station is to answer this in a similar manner to all other hoists.

Qué hacer si no se entiende una señal

How to act when a signal are not understood

·        Estazio hartzaileak ezin badau argi ikusi edo ondo ulertu seinale bat, bereizgarria triserdian mantenduko dau eta behar dan seinalea izatu (ZQ, ZL, ZK…) bidaltzaileari horren arrazoia jakinarazteko.

 

·        Si la estación receptora no entiende la señal o no la distingue claramente, mantendrá la inteligencia a media driza e izará una señal apropiada  (ZQ, ZL, ZK...) para hacer saber al transmisor la razón de ello.

 

·        If the receiving station cannot clearly distingish the signal made to it, it is to keep the answering pennant at the dip and it will hoist the signal adapted to make to know to the transmitter the reason of it.

Ordezkatzaileen erabilera – Uso de substitutos – The use of substitutes

1. Bandera errepikatzaileek talde bateko bandera bardina errepikatzea izten dabe, bai hizkiduna zein zenbakiduna, bandera-joku bat baino ez dogunean barruan. Lehen errepikatzaileak bere aurretik dagozan bandera-sail bardineko lehena errepikatzen dau beti. Bigarren errepikatzaileak, honen aurretik bere moetakoa dan bigarrena, eta hirugarren errepikatzaileak, hirugarrena.
2. Bandera ezaugarria, punto edo koma dezimal lez erabiltzen danean, ez da kontuan hartuko errpikatzaileak erabilikeran.

 

1. Los gallardetones repetidores permiten  repetir la misma bandera de una clase en un grupo cuando sólo disponemos de un juego de banderas a bordo. El primer repetidor repite siempre la primera bandera de la misma clase que inmediatamente le precede. El segundo repetidor repite siempre la segunda bandera de la clase que le precede, y el tercero, la tercera.
2. El gallardete característico usado como punto o coma decimal no se tendrá en cuenta al utilizar gallardetes repetidores.

 

1. The use of substitutes is to enable the same signal flag to be repeated in the same group, in case only one set of flags is carried on board. The first substitute always repeats the uppermost signal flag of that class of flags wich inmediately precedes the substitute. The second substitute always repeats the second and the third substitute repeats the third signal flags, counting from the top of that class of flags wich inmediately precedes them.
2. The answering pennant when used as a decimal point is to be disregarded in determining wich substitute to use.

• Mezu baten testuen agertzen diran izen propioak letreiatu egin behar dira. Beharbada YZ taldea (ondorengo berbak argi datoz) izatuko da.

 

• Los nombres propios que aparecen en el texto de un mensaje deben ser deletreados. Si fuera necesario se izará el grupo YZ (las palabras que siguen están en claro).

 

• Names in the text of a signal are to be spelled out. The signal YZ (the words wich follows are in plain language) can be used if necessary.

• Gudontzi batek merkatal untzi bategaz komunikatu gura dauanean bandera bereizgarria izatuko dau leku nabarmen baten eta bertan mantendu seinalea egiten dan bitartean.

 

• Cuando un buque de guerra desee comunicar con uno mercante, izará el gallardete característico en posición bien visible, y lo tendrá izado mientras dure la comunicación.

 

• When a ship of war wishes comunícate with a merchant vessel she will hoist the Coide pennant in a conspicuous position, and keep it flying during the whole of the time the signal is being made.
