I 've just learned about b5 and I will try with a 10gms a day. I wash my face twice a day with Normaderm Express washing gel - Vichy, also use the lotion and treating cream of the same brand. My skin looks very clean when using the firming masque with mineral clay of swiss fomrula. it really works. i use it twice a week. I also go to a beauty salon once a month, though my face looks terrible for at least 4 days after the procedure. but when it is no longer red
