This is in conjunction with local law 13 requiring amplified sound device permits to end no later than 8 pm or sundown, whichever comes earlier, if within 50 feet of a residential building. Sound permits may be obtained at the local precinct (83rd Precinct - 480 Knickerbocker Avenue, corner of Bleecker Street) no later than 5 days before the event.  The fee has been reinstated to $45.00 per block party, should you plan to have amplified sound.
