Preparation
-
Discarder the stems of the big mushrooms and put them upside down on a
baking tray.
- Chop
the stems.

Dices the bacon and chop the onion.

Stuff in a frying pan, add a little bottle of De Koninck and smother.
- When
possible bind it so that you get a sauce.

Season with pepper, salt and oregano.

Stuff the big mushrooms with this mixture. Sprinkle the on top and put
in the oven for 5 min. on 200 degrees.

Serve on a plate, trimmed with different sorts of lettuce
