Stale shtick Part Du

What 50/50 gave me, for what was positive, was the distinction bet. depression and alienation.  I never fit in.
Beating myself up was the wrong way of not being a drain on society; it’s only a matter of time that it, my crap, would be unloaded on the system.  The correct way to exhaust oneself is to be a servant of the community.

Psychopaths on Coast To Coast AM

Guest Jonathan Zap: psychopaths know where the power energy is; the low functioning, the “Neanderthals” of them, as he put it, are those that wind up in prison; the higher functioning ones are people like economists.  They became experts in reading people; those that have no emotions of their own (or suppressed) can easily objectify people, read the emotions of others— “like a clean photographic plate.”  Psychopaths are good at impregnating women.  And his whole examination into psychopathy was made public earlier than 1.04.

Fearless, wanted: in sports, military, they are the chosen ones.  And ‘normal’ people can become infected, making what is know as situational psychopathy.  As demonstrated in Wall Street, with Gordon Gecko (like a lizard) having proto-emotions, like rage, the softer char., played by Charlie Sheen...yeah.  The downer: they’re wanted more than ever, as fearlessness (with rules attached, of course) makes things move reliably fast.

The weird correlation(s) of psychopathy to parasitic activity... that was mentioned.

Scared as I am, at least I have more confirmation that I’m not one of them.  Well, situationally, maybe, but I’m dealing with that possibility.  The advantage—and that’s if it’s seen: my ‘weakness’ of not giving into treating people like objects or numbers.  I’ve always had that anti-psychopathy...after having a brush of it.

Movie

Today’s blurring of lines is 50/50, with Adam getting out of a relationship while having cancer...and into one with his...  Rough times, and short like typical movies these days.  Seth Rogan co-stars as his co-worker buddy, always trying to get both of each other laid; Anjelica Huston plays the mother, always in a lonely, need-to-care-for-someone mode, having to care for the father, riddled with Alzheimer’s—another now-typical theme.  At least there’s a dog (‘retired’ greyhound, greeted heavily by another dog) and Maine’s Anna Kendrick as the young therapist.  Cost: just under 8 mn.  My Grade: ‘B+’.  Footage on monitor during surgery: K. Couric colonoscopy.

Even this character, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, is better off than me.
Yes, another complainathon.  I get mostly negatives, while he gets overall neutrals, a cancer price over several months, getting the practical ideal girl.  Sick since turning 21, and I’ve got nothing but more failure.  The now type-cast Bryce Dallas Howard played the needy girlfriend who ends up cheating...after playing a closed racist in The Help.  Things were placed conveniently again.  That’s movies for you— they’re unreal.

And to read depression in a ‘Tell Me About It’ column... Again, to whomever that may be reading this: appreciate what you have, as you are living a life, and I am not.  You have it better, and better than you know and wish to see.  (Depression is a tunnel vision.).

The more used, the less reliable

I assume an agonizing, painful death shortly because I’m not going to commit suicide, with all of the illnesses that I have, some of which can’t be tested ’cause there’s no money/insurance.  My expectations are, however, empty.  I have none.  I don’t plan as I assume failure.  I know I need to take on more responsibilities, but everything is failing.  The floppy disk drive is failing, with no workable opportunities to compensate.  That means these news pages will be compromised.  Talk about being naturally forced out of responsibilities.  Raw and/or empty and/or dead.  2012 marks the complete and total breakdown of electronics, my only form of communication in this f—ed up world.

This could be the last month.  Being cold and alone since 2008, for it to only get colder, with a small amount of control.  Actually prove that I’m exaggerating before you call me names.

After attempting to sign up for life insurance, Jake Castonia was given warning of his cardiovascular health, he ditched the American diet, lost 120 lbs to 160, 109 LDL chol. points to 111 (also rose HDL), in under 5 years, due to whole food, plant-based diets, first starting with that recommended by Meg Wolff (Becoming Whole), of Cape Elizabeth.  The Thrive diet, by Brendan Braizer, emphasizes high net-gain foods, says Castonia, 36.  Every plant under the sun that boosts heart/brain health, such as avocados and nuts, and foods that make your mouth water, like baked sweet potato fries with homemade raw ketchup.  And a kale salad.

When you eat processed food, the body doesn’t recognize it as food.  It recognizes it as an invader, and your immune system goes on red alert.  But when you start giving it whole foods, everything comes into balance.

Castonia has run in the 2009 Maine Marathon, the Boston Marathon and three triathlons, and can be seen wearing a the sustainable athlete shirt.

In my long condition, in acknowledgement of failings or lock of crucial intelligence within there is a rejection of self, and rejection of self-worth thereafter.  It’s not just a technical barrier that prevents communication, it’s the absence of welcomeness around.  A lack of activity in helping me and others.

Evil: the reversal of ‘Live.’  I can’t live with what I have.  Why should I ‘help’ those that enslave themselves.  To help is to also help badness; to not cure means helping badness in the bad sense.  No control of what is experienced, as I’m never satisfied, misaligning the failings since early development.

Intelligent to the point, maybe only the point, of “getting it,” only to see the rest of life as pointless.  Only this year I come across a correction to that: pointless going about things alone.

Strict Control = Death

That other extreme from binging — strict diet, no life.

Your thoughts and feelings can manipulate you.  Don’t mess with ambiguity.
The last Coast To Coast AM guest told of his story, the he was dying of having no stress relief in his life.  His spiritual advice: take up red meat, red wine and smoking.  The truth and power are within.  As God is generous, he does not control strictly, or even control for that matter.  There is a reasoning with nature.  The guest calls his methods magic in the sense that they can’t be entirely understood, consciously.

Deliberation is the key word, that you are free to act or in the action of being free, reaching a conclusion based on the whole truth, not what’s considered as result of old beliefs, belief systems.  Make an end-goal, stick to it, it will be done so in its way, and improve from there.

Movie

Saw Anonymous.  A bit stagey, dramatized, bloodless when it comes to real violence as opposed to the stage plays — well, that had to do with the PG-13 rating.  Inadvertent incest is what happens in execution of plots that weren’t fully thought out...kind of like how this movie wasn’t very well thought out.  But it’s fun for those who like to watch big Shakespearean actors do all sorts of things...Grade: ‘B-’.

Chaos at this point

In selling politics, and well, chaos at this point, the admin. has to say that it’s a right to have free contraceptives.  And that’s what the W.H. spokesman did— but not only say that that people have a right to free contraception, but that it’s dangerous to be denied it for free.

Yeah, I’m going to say no.  The only things actually free in a free country comes down to what’s listed in the First Amendment.  Something this administration hates, if you look at its actions.  Putting innocent people on watch lists for speech; denying “right-wingers” the right to protest — requires a lot of cash, inevitably making them a target as “the rich”; and, now, denying Catholics from the right to not buy contraceptives, as there is no such thing in a free country as being forced to buy anything.

Which one’s real, dying of cardiovascular complications because of the pill, or, as Barrack Obama says, Being punished with a baby?  Planned Parenthood supplies condoms for free, but somehow it also needs to be covered by insurance, which is a mandated purchase in the Affordable Health Care act...and even that is making things far more expensive.  Is there ever a day when these Progressives aren’t lying?

Apparently not, as they lie about Rick Santorum’s positions, that somehow he wants to ban contraceptives, is with the latest absurd mantra, in the battle of half-wits, that somehow these things privileges that have only come about recently are “really rights all along, and the opposition just wants to ban them.”  The same bull applies to gay marriage: the voters spoke, but the corrupt areas of the courts and media play the same dangerous game the Soviet bureaucrats did it’s free, and in a free, open society it would always be free...until the system is bankrupted, just like the Soviet Union.  But the students of today won’t learn a damn thing about such examples.  And, again, since the game is all about keeping power, the “dumbing down” is intentional.

No guaranteed right to... No ratings for CNN, as Piers Morgan just has to kick off his interview with Santorum with, do you like women?  The whole so ugly, desperately needing the average citizen to not listen to anything with an open ear— to only hear the subjective.  To be as corrupt as them, while they lie to you in saying you are free with them.  Say ‘no’ to the prison state.

$3.8 tn. budget targets the wealthy

The Admin. and Warren Buffet lie about taxes.
A spending problem is not a revenue problem; the tax revenue is still at a high of about $0.8 tn.  Buffett doesn’t even accept a salary, so taxes don’t affect what he gets, about $80K+, compared to millions in the $100 bn. business he manages.  He has the nerve to say the rich should pay more.  Talk about gaming the system; he knows raises in taxes won’t affect him.  Well, directly (hurting others eventually hurts you).

Targeting the ‘haves,’ manipulating the ‘have-nots’—of course those that oppose all the crap in the new budget are just doing it because they’re against contraceptives.  Of course, blind whomever-supporters.

United Atheist Alliance vs. Atheist League

MA Atheists doing all they can to remove God from everything—to sue for $24 mn. based on “hurt feelings,” with no real proof or privilege.  Justice Breyer was mugged, so maybe this crap will change.  And we’re not talking about adults—we’re talking of kids who couldn’t possibly understand what they’re supposedly doing or experiencing.  They have to be fed lies for this.  And to prove that disbelief in God comes down to insecurity, the figures caught in that trap, pawns of ego, are all anonymous.

For those in the secure phase of love, says Bianca Acevedo of CMC and AASBU, They still desire one another, they’re engaged, they experience the intensity—but not the anxiety.  And Newman writes, Let’s wish that kind of love to everyone who’s dear to us on this Valentine’s Day.

I long ago wished my so-called peers would actually show me examples of these things they say I’m going to be so successful at.  If I only had the confidence?  Where are you?  Where..is..everybody?  It’s no wonder Nine Inch Nails resonates with me so deeply—it was predestined for me to acquire the albums I did, the content so accurate.  The Fragile (1999) really is a grade-A album.  And as 1999 marks an end, The Mark Has Been Made is the one of its tracks... Listen, and you will identify your fragility.  Get sucked in too quickly, and you will see mainly fragility, as have I.  (Be careful.)

Hopefully, and for the right reasons, of course, I’ll use my skills to my advantage, and actually have success, and break that complex holding me back from having a lasting relationship.  Having a mate has been my wish since January.  There you go, I put it out there.  And with all of my undeserved kindness exhausted, I can expect a lot of included pain and mocking in putting myself out there, the very reason I was reluctant in the first place—not placing the pain right.

Richard Milhous Nixon was so paranoid that he even distrusted White House staff, his daughters (he slept several buildings away).  He was so paranoid that he drank to the point of having to miss a lot of press opportunities — press conferences few, and far in between, is how the guest put it, too loaded as Henry Kissinger said, heard on a newly released tape.  He was so emotionally imbalanced that his former private psychiatrist wrote an Op-Ed piece in the New York Times that presidential candidates should get an Emotional Quotient test, as done by many employers now.

In the movie Nixon the guy who played Dick would be stilling, drinking Scotch on the rocks, talking to himself.  Ian Punnett brought up the possibility that he had Asperger’s, given this nature, that you could never see the actual way he was unless you saw him in person, up-close.  Add that to trying to rise above things before said things would even be really tested: Nixon was said to have a homosexual encounter, so, however minor it was, he became hard and bigoted toward gays.  His paranoia even got in the way of having a sense of humor!

Movie

Paranoid Nino’s clan can’t sit with this ‘special’ driver.
Drive (Albert Brooks, Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Bryan Cranston, Ron Perlman) attempts to be both subtle and disturbing.  They pull it off.  There’s some classic convention, and it’s unreal overall (mafias have gotten away from resorting to murder), along with limited writing — fine for an over-the-top B movie that only hints of things to go horribly bad until they do.  Grade: ‘B’.

Obama admin. to bankrupt many farmers

It’ll be great to no longer be the breadbasket of the world—well, completely offer nothing good.

Obama: Americans for Prosperity, other opposition groups, are not disclosing their donors,...so our corrupt DoJ/media/unnamed can destroy all of them.  And of course you won’t get any of the details in the ‘media’ on how Freedom of Speech is being stifled.  From the Roosevelt Administration, with the Fairness Doctrine, all supposedly independent institutions were taken over, and the ACLU (which was started by the likes of Woodrow Wilson) went out of their way to censor voices of dissent, even if the ‘dissent’ contained facts that made the admin. look bad, that govt. was making things far worse....that Roosevelt made the depression the Great Depression.

Now, if you make a political speech, everything associated with you ‘must’ be exposed out of ‘fairness’ again.  The corruption is shown as legitimate crime is ignored as much as possible, while any and all opposition is targeted directly.

Okay, so I have gotten back to some talk radio listening.  My impressionability is now regulated against global/national media, so talk radio will not affect my beliefs now.

Not a Capitalist, not a Socialist, not really an ist

I’ve stated before that I’m not a real believer in money.  I might as well add that here again.  Your experience, effort and credit are those things.  Consumed by debt at some point, and inflated regardless, reducing the fruits of your labor to money is an insult to you and everyone else.  No one but myself influenced this paragraph.

After virtual-zero support

Less fear: 20 push-ups out-of-the-blue, after years of none, partly due to not cutting the toe nails until recently.
After a decade of zero virtually zero support, that is no one to bring the best out of me, only what they want (including what they want to think I want— yes, it’s complicated)...I’m finally doing a thing or two, with bad and good qualities.  The only way to deal with the fear is through it.  More harm is done for me in doing nothing.  And I will keep my hopes and wits and not falsely examine the texts I’ve written, even mentally, in reflection, without looking.  If it’s one thing I’ve learned: ego-suppression doesn’t work; ego-correction does, and impersonally inspired.

So I seek people to bring the best out of me.  Even if I fail, that is my goal.  Somewhat fit to serve others, etc.  I even washed a cup severely covered in mold.  Not to say that it is spotless now...

I guess “Inner Tapestry” helped a lot.  And so my back hurts in hovering over to even see the non-backlit screen again.

Movie

Today’s part-year-late review is of Contagion.  It stars Lawrence Fishburne, Kate Winslet, Matt Damon, Demetri Martin (yes, the comedian, of Important Things), Marion Cotillard.  I promised not to slam this one.  “Contagion” lays out an outbreak story where 1/12 of the world population is up against a virus with a mortality rate of 1+%.  Let’s just say it isn’t pretty, and the movie isn’t high-budget.  Riots, self-inoculation by staff, the faster form of end-credits after it’s shown how the contagion got into the system...  It’s more examination of what makes headlines than something that wants you to get involved into.  Grade: ‘B-’.

Chewing the Fat

In the USM free press, under Health and Wellness, “Don’t get caught up on the fat-fearing bandwagon,” Anna Chiu points out how the anti-saturated fat movement started, after 1953, with Ancel Keys and the like, deliberately removing fifteen out of the twenty-two countries, in the sample data of study, discounting healthier peoples that live with animal fat as a main part of their diet as “outliers” with special genetics...

While it is true that animal nutrients offer byproducts as result of none other than the plants they consume—and in some cases, healthy insect protein—animal processing doesn’t even begin to compare to factory/laboratory processing, to the point of nutrient-devoid (or destroyed) foods.  Especially with fruit juices that are mainly sugar water despite what the Nutritional Facts label says (vitamins are molecules, and therefore a bit fragile, compared to minerals/metals).

At least Chiu recognized that fat is needed for brain function, that a non fat diet is a depressive one.  Personally, I’m just glad I can keep eating steak.
