| These are the people who frequently find themselves QOTD'd: Joy - Incredibly pregnant coworker with a horribly acerbic tongue. We love her. Jennifer - Incredibly loveable coworker who has no patience for anything stupid. Carolyn (Teich) - My surrogate Jewish mother and shortest functioning human being. Lynne - My sister, ballroom partner, and chief inspiration of the Shock Trauma voice. Karen - My former lesbian roommate with a talent for understatement. Keith #1 - My former boyfriend and still a dear man. Cute, confused, funny, still trying to figure out how he got tangled up in this mess. Keith #2 - A dear friend of mine. | In all honesty, you probably don't. OK, so you don't know everyone or you feel left out because you don't always get it or there's someone new you never heard of. So what. It's totally classified. The Quotes make it in just because they're amusing. The source isn't always that important. It's usually something like when people come up to you and say "Ohmygoddiditellyouwhatshedidtoday?" The fine print doesn't mean a thing! What is important is the event or thing that was said -it's usually amusing and that's enough. It doesn't have to make you laugh EVERY time. But I have so many satisfied customers at this point, it doesn't really matter anymore. |
