WHY
Well, I was trying so save you from having to read paragraphs of some big long hard luck story. I actually
do have a big long hard luck story if you really want to hear it -- but I'll just stick with the short
version.
I have just lost my job, and it couldn't have happened at a WORSE time. I am already 5 weeks behind in rent, my phone just got cut off and my Internet is due to be cut off ANY day.
My car engine is about to blow up, it barely starts. I have about $60 in my wallet and $80 in my bank account. This web page is a last desperate action -- a reach to people's good nature in HOPE, and with prayer, that there are some kind hearted people out there that will help a guy out when he is down.
Please, can you send some shrapnel and or pass this message on? Not very many people will, I am quite certain that very VERY few people will even get to this part of the web page. So I am counting on those of you that realize that most other people will just click away after a quick scan. If you can't send anything, at the very least, could you please just pass this website to your friends? They'll understand, I'm sure. This isn't a scam, I promise even before GOD what I say here is true.

made in hope that enough people will help me out before I get evicted, and while I find a new job. But that
could take weeks. By then, I'll have an eviction notice in my hands for sure. Where am I going to put all
my stuff? I'll lose all that too. Plus -- Christmas is just around the corner.
Secondly, I promise that my lack of money is not due to drugs, compulsive gambling, living beyond my means or anything else that would class me as being "deserving" of my current situation. See, even this website (as pathetic as it might look to someone who has it "together") is me "still trying". I never give up and I have a good attitude, but I am flat out of options right now.
